About Uncle Tony Foods
I travelled the world for flavour. Now I bring it to your kitchen.
I'm Tony. Uncle Tony to the people I feed. This is why I started, who I do it for, and why the list keeps growing.
How it started
I'm a Caribbean soul from Paris. In my family, food was how you said welcome.
Then I spent more than 20 years in supply chain, getting food from where it's made to where it's served, across Europe, Africa, the Americas and Asia. Cold chain, warehouses, airports, trucks leaving at 4am. The job took me around the world, and everywhere I went I did the same thing: I ate where the locals eat. Street stalls, family kitchens, smokehouses, bakeries before sunrise.
I met the farmers, the bakers and the pitmasters behind the food I loved. People who take their time and refuse shortcuts. And I kept asking myself the same question: why do so many menus taste the same, when the world has so much more to give?
So I decided to share it. Uncle Tony Foods is my love for food, put to work for your kitchen: products made by people who care about their craft, delivered by someone who knows how to get them to you, on time.
Who I do it for
You feed people. That's the hardest job in food.
You build the menu, you train the team, you stand behind every plate on a Friday night. You don't need another supplier who disappears after the first order. You need product that tastes right every time, and one person who picks up the phone.
That's my job. My supply chain years do the heavy lifting for you: I take care of the transport, the customs and the paperwork, so every quote is all-in and delivered to your unit, warehouse or kitchen, with no hidden costs. You're the one your customers come back for. I make sure what lands in your kitchen helps them come back.
Three ranges, three stories
What the road taught me

French Brioche
France taught me bread.
Soft brioche made with real butter, baked in France and delivered ambient. The bun that makes a good burger look like a great one. From the oven to your door.

Smokehouse
The world taught me patience.
From the Caribbean to Texas, every culture I met knows the secret: real smoke takes time. Beef smoked low & slow for more than 14 hours by a pitmaster. Real smoke, without a smoker in your kitchen. From the smoker to your door.

Mad Sauce
Street food raised me.
From the street food of my childhood to the hoods around the world, the best flavours come from the street. Cheese sauces with character for nachos, loaded fries and French tacos. Dip it. Drip it. Feel the heat.
Always thinking outside the map
France is where I started. Not where I stop.
I keep travelling, tasting and meeting the people who make food with love. When I find something your customers will come back for, I bring it to you. The list of products will keep growing, one flavour at a time.
I don't just pick products off a list. I work hand in hand with the farms and with the R&D kitchens of the factories I choose. I taste, test, send it back and taste again until it's right for your kitchen. That's how my Nachos Cheese Sauce was born: batch after batch in the R&D kitchen until the colour, the heat and the pour were exactly right.
