No. My brioche is never frozen. It arrives ambient and goes straight on the shelf. No freezer space, no thawing time, no thaw waste.
How long does it keep?
60 days ambient from production. The best before date is printed on every pack.
Is it made with butter?
Yes, the recipe uses real butter. That is what gives it the soft crumb and the golden colour.
What is the minimum order?
